HoopoTrack for device repair shops

You fix their phones. Yours can go quiet.

HoopoTrack gives every phone, laptop and console on your bench a live tracking link, like a parcel. The customer approves the estimate from their phone, sees "Awaiting Parts" without calling, and gets the message when it is ready.

How it works

How it works for a repair shop

This is the phone repair workflow HoopoTrack ships. Rename any stage, change the timings or build your own: the tracking page follows whatever you set.

  1. Queued

    Within the hour

  2. Diagnosis

    30 to 90 minutes

The customer approves the estimated cost, in writing, before work starts

  3. Awaiting Parts

    1 to 3 days

  4. Repair In Progress

    1 to 3 hours

  5. Testing

    30 to 90 minutes

  6. Ready for Pickup

    Pickup

Nothing here is fixed: rename any stage, change its timing, add steps or remove the ones you do not use, all in a couple of clicks and without writing any code. The tracking page and every notification follow whatever you change, instantly.

What your customer sees

The estimate, the parts, the repair, the pickup: each of those reaches your customer by itself, in their own language. You choose which stages send a message.

Built for the way a repair counter works

The estimate, approved in writing

The shipped repair workflow asks the customer to approve the estimated cost right after diagnosis. Approve or decline, with a note, timestamped, on the tracking page. No more "I never agreed to that."

"Awaiting Parts" stops the calls

The stage customers trust least explains itself: the status says the parts are ordered, the page shows an honest wait, and if it runs over, the customer can escalate from the page instead of redialing you.

Proof in pictures

Add photos to any stage and choose which ones the customer sees: the cracked screen at intake, the board mid-repair, the device tested and ready.

Also in every plan

Ask your AI assistant

Ask "Which repairs have sat on one stage too long?" and get the list from your own tickets.

It works from your own records, only where you allow it. Anything addressed to a customer waits for you to confirm it unless you decide otherwise.

Questions repair shops ask

Does HoopoTrack take payments or deposits?

It records them. Put a price on the repair, send the customer a quote to approve on their tracking page, and record the deposit and the payment at the counter; the balance due stays on the ticket until it is paid in full, and every payment has a receipt. The money itself changes hands at your counter, never through HoopoTrack. Part of the paid plans.

The customer's whole life is on that device. Is the tracking page safe?

The page shows only what you put on the ticket. Data is encrypted and stored to industry standards, you can put a PIN on the link so only the customer opens it, and photos are served through expiring signed links.

Half my jobs are while-you-wait. Is a ticket overkill?

A while-you-wait battery-swap workflow ships in the catalogue for exactly that, and the queue screen shows walk-ins where they stand: waiting, in progress, ready.

Parts can take weeks. What does the customer see?

An "Awaiting Parts" status that says so, with the waiting time you set as its usual duration. The page knows when it has run over, and the customer can escalate from there instead of calling; your shop is alerted.

Laptops and consoles too, or just phones?

Blueprints ship for console repair and electronics board rework alongside phone repair, and every stage list can be renamed, retimed or built from scratch.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. The repair workflow above ships ready to use: create an account, apply it, adjust the stages to your shop, and hand out your first tracking link the same day.

Get back to the bench.

Apply the repair workflow tonight. Your next customer walks out with a tracking link instead of your phone number.
