HoopoTrack inside Claude
Add HoopoTrack to Claude as a custom connector, on claude.ai, in the Claude phone app or in Claude Desktop. Then ask what is late, whether a customer was told, or have it open a ticket while you serve the next person.

What you can ask
Claude reads your tickets, customers, workflows, team and allowances, and does what you have allowed: open tickets, write notes, move jobs along, assign them, ask customers questions. A few examples.
Reads your tickets
What is overdue?
Claude
Three jobs are past the date the customer was promised: 398, 405 and 409. 405 has also been on Diagnosis longer than that stage allows.
Reads what was sent
Has Mrs El Fassi been told her phone is ready?
Claude
Yes. Ticket 407 moved to Ready for pickup this morning, and the WhatsApp update your workflow sends at that stage was delivered at 10:42.
Opens tickets
Open a ticket for a cracked screen, customer Yahia.
Claude
One customer matches: Yahia Benali. Ticket 413 is open on Received, for a cracked screen.
If your shop messages customers when a job opens, this one waits for your yes too.
Waits for your yes
Move 1042 to Ready for pickup and tell the customer.
Claude
That move messages the customer, so it is waiting for you in HoopoTrack. Nothing has been sent.
Reads your allowances
How much WhatsApp allowance is left?
Claude
312 WhatsApp messages left this month, and every message in the last 30 days got through.
Reads your team
Who is holding the most jobs?
Claude
Karim has 6 unfinished jobs and Salma has 3. Both can be given more.
Connect
No token to copy and no password to hand over. You give Claude one address, approve on a HoopoTrack page, and ask.
Before you start: open AI agent in HoopoTrack's sidebar and turn it on. Only the shop owner can.
Add a custom connector in Claude and give it your server address. It is the same address for every shop, and your AI agent page shows it with a copy button.
https://hoopotrack.com/ai/mcp
Claude opens a HoopoTrack page. Sign in as the shop owner, check that it recognises the address, tick what Claude may do, and press Approve. Leave everything unticked and it can only read.
"How is my shop doing?" is a good first one. The answer is your allowances, what is late or stuck, and how your recent messages arrived, read from your own records.
Assistants that take a token instead, Claude Code among them, connect from the same page. How a token connection works
Safe by default
Claude works from your own records, only where you allow it. Anything addressed to a customer waits for you to confirm it unless you decide otherwise.
Each kind of action has one rule: never, ask you first, or go ahead without asking. Everything that can reach a customer starts on asking you first, and letting one go ahead shows you what that means for that rule before you save.
Every connected assistant has a row on your AI agent page. Tick or untick what Claude may do there, and the change applies from its next request.
Each assistant has its own Revoke, which cuts it off at once and leaves the others working. Disconnect everything shuts out all of them.
Everything it does is written on the ticket as the assistant's own work, beside your team's entries. What it proposed, and what became of it, stays in the history.
It is told whether a customer has an email address or a phone number on file, never what they are.
It cannot delete, restore or erase a ticket, and no setting hands that over.
On the plans that include AI agent access. Your plan page in HoopoTrack says which plans include it.
Not unless you decide it may. Anything that reaches a customer, a message, a question or a change to what they see, starts on asking you first: it waits in HoopoTrack, and nothing is sent until you confirm it. You can let one kind of action go ahead without asking, one rule at a time.
Claude on the web at claude.ai, the Claude phone app and Claude Desktop, through a custom connector. The connection verified end to end is claude.ai in a browser; the phone app and Desktop rely on Claude carrying your connectors across its apps, which is Claude's behaviour rather than HoopoTrack's.
It cannot delete, restore or erase a ticket; those stay with you. It never receives your customers' email addresses or phone numbers, only whether they have them. And it can only ask for what you ticked.
The shop owner connects it: only the owner can approve a connection or change what it may do. Whatever it does is written on the ticket as the assistant's work, never under a staff member's name, so your history always shows who did what.
Yes, any assistant that connects to an MCP server with a token. You create the token on the same AI agent page, choose what it may do, and paste it into the assistant with the server address. A token can lose abilities later but never gain them.
There is no separate charge for connecting it. It comes with the plans that include AI agent access, and what it does counts against your allowances the way your own work does: a ticket it opens is a ticket, a message it sends is a message. Your Claude account is separate from HoopoTrack.
Set up your workflow and your first tickets on a free account. When your plan includes AI agent access, connecting Claude takes three steps.
