HoopoTrack for tailors and couture ateliers

The dress is on time. Now the customer knows it too.

HoopoTrack gives every alteration and made-to-measure order a live tracking link. Your customer follows every stage on it, from cutting to finishing, and WhatsApp tells them when to come in for the fitting and when it is ready. The "will it be ready for the wedding?" calls stop.

How it works

How it works for a tailor

This is the tailoring workflow HoopoTrack ships. Rename any stage, change the timings or build your own: the tracking page follows whatever you set.

  1. Order Taken

    Within the hour

  2. Cutting

    1 to 4 hours

  3. Stitching

    4 to 24 hours

  4. Fitting

    30 to 60 minutes

The customer confirms the fit, in writing, before you finish the garment

  5. Finishing

    1 to 4 hours

  6. Ready for Pickup

    Pickup

Nothing here is fixed: rename any stage, change its timing, add steps or remove the ones you do not use, all in a couple of clicks and without writing any code. The tracking page and every notification follow whatever you change, instantly.

What your customer sees

The messages send themselves at the moments that need your customer: come in for the fitting, and it is ready. The tracking page shows every stage in between, in their own language: English, French or Arabic.

Built for the way an atelier works

A promise date you can keep

Each stage carries how long it usually takes, so the tracking page shows a finish window built from how your atelier really works. The wedding date question answers itself.

Their yes, in writing

Any stage can require the customer's written approval, timestamped, on their tracking page. The shipped workflow asks them to confirm the fit before you finish; add an approval to cutting and they confirm the noted price and design before you cut. No more "I never agreed to that."

Photos, shown on your terms

Add photos at any stage and choose which ones the customer sees on their tracking page. Put a PIN on the order so a wedding dress stays between you and the bride.

Also in every plan

Ask your AI assistant

Ask "Is Mrs Alaoui's dress ready?" and get the answer from your own tickets.

It works from your own records, only where you allow it. Anything addressed to a customer waits for you to confirm it unless you decide otherwise.

Questions tailors ask

Does HoopoTrack handle deposits or payments?

It records them. Put a price on the order, send the customer a quote to approve on their tracking page, and record the deposit at drop-off and the balance at pickup; the balance due stays on the order until it is paid in full, and every payment has a receipt. The money itself changes hands in your atelier, never through HoopoTrack. Part of the paid plans.

My customers live on WhatsApp. Do updates really arrive there?

Yes. Status changes and the tracking link are sent to the customer's WhatsApp automatically, using message templates approved by WhatsApp. Email is included too.

One order, three garments. One ticket or three?

Your choice. A ticket tracks one job through your stages: log a three-piece order as a single ticket with notes and photos, or one ticket per garment when the pieces move at different speeds.

What about customers who do not use WhatsApp?

Every order also has email updates and a printed ticket with a QR code. The customer scans it whenever they want to see where their order stands.

What happens when an order runs late?

Each stage carries its usual duration, so the tracking page knows when an order has run over. The customer can escalate it from that page, and your shop is alerted.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. The tailoring workflow above ships ready to use: create an account, apply it, adjust the stages to your atelier, and hand out your first tracking link the same day.
